La roche posay effaclar purifying foaming gel is a facial cleanser for combination, oily, and acne-prone skin. So this product gently purifies the skin due to cleaning agents selected in a way that respects sensitive skin. This means it gently cleanses oily skin without drying it out! It eliminates impurities and excess sebum leaving the skin clean and fresh.

The formula

Free of soap, alcohol, dyes as well as parabens this product has a physiological pH of 5.5, which gives it a gentle, yet very effective washing base. Thus this gel not only removes makeup and eliminates impurities but also excess sebum. This is thanks to the following agents:

• Zinc, is a purifying active ingredient that allows for regulating the excess oiliness of the skin.
• Cleansing agents, confer a highly effective action in removing dirt and skin impurities. Thus, this product not only removes makeup and eliminates impurities, but also excess sebum. As a result, blackheads are less visible and shine is controlled.
• Finally, La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water provides a soothing and anti-irritant action to minimize the sensitivity of oily skin.

How to use La roche posay effaclar purifying foaming gel?

Firstly, wet your face with lukewarm water. Then, emulsify the gel between the hands, and apply it on the face with gentle movements. Remove with water and dry the face without rubbing. Finish your cleansing routine with Effaclar Micro-Exfoliant Toner. 

Weekly apply the Effaclar Unclogging Purifying Sebo-Controlling Mask to unclog the pores. Can be used as shower gel, as well, especially in acne situations in the back, chest, and neck!
