How to use the Vichy 7 days anti-perpirant cream treatment for intensive perspiration?

Apply a thin layer on dry and clean skin.

In the first week, use it for 4 consecutive days (eg. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

In the second week, three times, on alternate days (eg. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

In the third week apply only 2 consecutive days (eg. Monday and Tuesday). After this week, apply 2 consecutive times for a prolonged action by the end of the week. Use it until perspiration is regulated and then suspend it.
